Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WorkProof application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Osibits.
Description of Service
WorkProof is a time tracking application that allows you to:
- Track work hours and sessions
- Manage projects and tasks
- Attach files and recordings to work sessions
- Sync data across devices (with subscription)
- Access your data via web and mobile applications
User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Use only one account per person
Subscriptions and Payments
WorkProof offers both free and paid subscription plans:
- Free tier: local data storage with full time tracking features
- Paid subscriptions: cloud sync, web access, and additional features
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' access to the Service
- Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Intellectual Property
The WorkProof application, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Osibits and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osibits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time through the application settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 60 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France. For EU residents, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
